Thank you for taking the brave step to seek Therapy. I understand the courage and steps leading to the process can be difficult, but I want you to know that help is available. As a Psychotherapist, I pride myself in meeting my clients "where they are " and walking the journey beside you. Compassion, empathy and action are the leading elements in my approarch as a Therapist which allow me to connect, motivate and elicit progressive change in my clients.

                                     I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for over 10 years, working with various populations and specialized areas which have set the foundation and framework from which I work from today. I received my Master's in Social Work from Cal State University, Northridge in 2011. I also  hold a Dual Bacherlor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology in 2007 . In my personal time, I enjoy to spending time with Family, Friends and seeking my next adventure. I live to travel. I enjoying  the  process of  learning  and discovery that comes with  Traveling. I also enjoy utilizng  my creative energy  engaging in creating jewelry, DIY projects  and holisitic practices: sound baths, meditation and anything Zen.  I truly believe in the mind- body-spirit connection and the importance and impact that all levels play in the human spirit.

                                      Gracias por dar este paso tan valiente al buscar  Therapia. Entiendo que es un paso deficil, pero es importante recordar que simepre hay ayunda disponible.  Como Terapista,, mi motivo es acomanar y empenzar  "donde esta mi client y caminar el vieaje con  mi cliente" . La compassion, la empatia, y la accion son las fuezas principales de mi enfoque como Terapueta. Estas tecnicas permiten conectar, motivar y provocar cambio en mis clientes. 

                                         He estado en practica como Terapista,  por mas de  10 anos.  He trabajado con varias  poblaciones especializadas en Adolecentes , Adultos y Familias .  Obtuve mi Masteria en Trabajo Social de la Universidad Estatal de  California, Northridge ( CSUN) en 2011  . Tambien obtuve una Licenciatura Dual en Psicologia y Criminologia en 2007.  En mi tiempo personal, disfruto pasar con mis amistades,  familia  y andar en busceda de mi  proxima aventura. Me encanta viajar.  Disfruto el proceso, aprendizaje y  descubrimiento personal que viene con conocer lugares nuevos. Tambien me gusta utilizar mi energia creativa para disenar joyas. Las  practicas holisticas y espirituales tambien me llaman mucho la attencion. Relamente creo en las conexion  mente- cuerpo-espiritu y el impacto que tiene  en el espirtu humano.
